1. What is 3105 material?
3105 aluminum sheet is 98% pure aluminum with the addition of specific alloys for strength improvement. This alloy can't be hardened by heat treatment. It has excellent weldability, formability, and corrosion resistance.

What is the difference between H14 and H24?
H14 - Work hardened by rolling to half hard, not annealed after rolling. H24 - Work hardened by rolling then annealed to half hard.

What is 3000 series aluminum used for? 3000 Series is mixed with manganese and is very “formable” and heat treatable. This aluminum alloy is often used for cookware and heat exchangers in power plants and vehicles.
